All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your package has been shipped. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically, orders within Metro Manila are delivered within 2-5 business days, while provincial orders may take 5-7 business days.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the Philippines. We do not offer international shipping.
